Carroll County Area Technology Center carpentry students worked on demonstrating proper techniques for putting on a harness, setting a ladder and climbing the ladder. ATC Counselor Chad Rose got in on the action too!

Kids ages 7–18 are invited to be part of a fun, community chorus that performs throughout the year!

Work-Based Learning student Amari Johnson is sharing her passion for dance by teaching ballet to students at Turning Point Dance Center 🩰✨

A dedicated dancer for several years, Amari loves passing on what she enjoys most to younger students and helping them grow in confidence and skill 💖 She also supports Director Cindy Hedges in a variety of roles, gaining valuable real-world experience along the way.

🎓 The goal for all Work-Based Learning students is to graduate college and/or career ready. Students who meet career-ready standards earn a special notation on their diploma and a cord to wear at graduation 🎓✨

🎭✨ Carroll County Middle School’s Drama Club invites you to an evening of talent and creativity!

Join us for the annual Talent Show on Friday, April 24 at 6 p.m. 🎤🌟

🎟️ Tickets:
• $5 Adults
• $2 Children (17 & under)

Students will take the stage to showcase their skills, plus enjoy a special performance of “Through the Weaver’s Web,” a creative adaptation inspired by "Coraline"

Dylan Marsh and his mentor, Tom Hogue, installed circuits for the garage door and one for the technology department to install cameras and wi-fi in the workshop. The workshop is a building behind Carroll County High School that has been repurposed by the Project-Based Learning students. Dylan is part of the project-based learning program at Carroll County High School. The goal for all PBL/WBL students is to be considered college and/or career ready at graduation. Those students who are career ready receive a notation on their diploma and a cord to wear at graduation.

Carroll County High School will host its Junior-Senior Prom on Saturday, April 18. These are the king and queen candidates. The Grand March begins at 7 p.m. in the CCHS gym with the crowning of the king and queen to follow. Everyone is invited to attend the Grand March and the crowning.

Say Guten Reise and Bon Voyage as this group heads off to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France for spring break.✈️🌍

Tonight's varsity baseball game between the Panthers and Newport has been cancelled.

📢📢The CCHS Lady Panthers varsity softball game scheduled for today has been cancelled due to pending inclement weather.

CCHS juniors and seniors planning to attend Prom can purchase tickets this week before and after school.
🎟️ Tickets are $25 each. Tickets will also be available during lunch the week of April 13–17.
Prom will take place on Saturday, April 18, with the Grand March and the crowning of the king and queen beginning at 7 p.m. in the CCHS gym. 👑✨
Permission forms for out-of-county guests are available in the high school office. 📝

Mark your calendars for Donuts With My Favorite Person at Carroll County High School! Join us April 14 for donut holes and an inspiring message from guest speaker Linda Davis. Everyone is welcome!

Students in Spanish 2 created a mural based on a class story to reinforce speaking and writing skills while giving students a fun, visual way to remember and practice key vocabulary from the unit. 🎨✏️

Carroll County Middle School students in the gifted and talented program recently completed a Future City STEM project where they imagined, designed, and built their own cities of the future 🏙️. The focus of the project was creating an eco-friendly city that incorporated sustainable features such as renewable energy, green spaces 🌳, and environmentally responsible transportation.🚲

Students were required to design and construct their city using recycled materials ♻️ while working within a strict timeframe. This challenge encouraged creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving while applying real-world engineering and STEM concepts.

In addition to building the physical model, students will also complete a written component and presentation explaining the sustainable features and design of their city.🌍📝

⚾ The JV home game against Central scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 28, has been canceled.

⚾ The freshman baseball team will play Conner High School at home at noon on Saturday, March 28.

🥎 The Lady Panthers softball team will host a Varsity/JV game against Christian Educational Consortium starting at noon on Saturday, March 28.
